Entangled Spirit is a performance and installation work that visualises spiritual energy through the human form, extending outward into surrounding architecture. Made from braided elastic cord, the structure recalls the ancestral practice of black hairstyles, where braids carry memory, care, and resistance.

During performance, the body moves through the web, transforming it into an entangled sculpture and revealing how human energy reshapes the physical world. Inspired by West African trickster folklore (Anansi) and cultural symbols of Black hair, the work reflects on resilience, wisdom, and embodied intuition as tools to navigate and subvert larger systems.
